Systems We Develop
Weight and center of gravity measurement equipment: fixtured platforms that measure the weight and center of gravity of missiles, munitions and subsystems with load cells. Read more: What Is Center of Gravity Measurement?
Wing actuation test (KTS) systems: test rigs with loading mechanisms, sensors and data acquisition for functional and performance testing of wing and control surface actuation mechanisms.
Leveling systems: platforms with adjustment mechanisms for leveling precision equipment during assembly, measurement and testing.
Firing platforms and control consoles: rigid platforms that carry the system during test and firing activities, and operator consoles.

Our Design Approach
Requirement and test specification analysis: measured quantities, load ranges, acceptance criteria and operating conditions are defined together.
Mechanical design: the test structure, fixtures and mechanisms are modeled in CREO and Siemens NX. See Mechanical Design.
Structural verification: stiffness and strength of the test structure are verified by analysis, preventing deflection-related measurement errors at the design stage. See Structural and Flow Analysis and What Is Structural Analysis (FEA)?
Electronics and control: sensors, data acquisition and control hardware are integrated into the system. See Electronic Design.
Manufacturing, installation and verification: the system is manufactured, commissioned, verified with test results and documented.
